This yoga session is perfect for getting your energy moving in spring! A combination of Vinyasa flow and Mandala-style flow that will challenge you to do creative sequences, 360 degrees, around the mat. We will end the session with long-stretching, which is an effective method that allows you to sink deeper into stretching than when you do it on your own.
This month’s delicacy after yoga? We will have Pad Thai and Yum (Thai salad) together! Pad Thai will fill and raise your energy and Yum will spice up your meal. What a great day out on a Sunday, with yoga that feeds your soul and food that fills you up! Our appetizing meals are prepared by Kim, alongside her amazing team at @kimcookthaistreetfood and Anothai.
