🌸🌼 Spring is now here – celebrate life the same way we celebrate the birth of baby animals!

📍Common Room, Pelican House, 144 Cambridge Heath Road, Bethnal Green, London E1 5QJ

Facilitator: Kim Beech, Piya Kata Yoga

We will practice with Sun Salutations and work with fun yoga poses, such as:

Spring is now here – celebrate life the same way we celebrate the birth of baby animals!

🐸 Frog Pose: A playful pose that encourages stretching and letting go

🐮Cow Pose: A pose that relieves tension around your glutes

🦋Butterfly Pose: A gentle pose that opens the hips

🍜 🥗 This month, we will be having the “Kanom Jean Numya Tai” tradition – with southern style Thai noodles, Southern Thai curry soup, served with Thai noodles and different fresh vegetables as a side salad – a healthy brunch to rejuvenate your body in this springtime.

🧋Since the weather is warmer, we will have an extra drink – Blue butterfly pea tea latte drink – made from Thai flowers, Butterfly pea / Blue Pea Flower. Our appetizing meals are prepared by Kim, alongside her amazing team at @kimcookthaistreetfood and @Anothai.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Our yoga sessions are open to all. No prior experience is required – just a body and an open mind. Don’t miss out celebrating the start of spring with relaxing exercises, community and delicious food!
